Made in Lancashire
From timber frame construction and CNC cutting to sewing, upholstery and final quality control, each stage is managed by our own team to give furniture retailers dependable, repeatable quality.

Built from the frame up
The frame is the foundation of every sofa we make. By producing frames in-house, our team can control dimensions, construction and repeatability before a sofa reaches the upholstery line.
Components are prepared to the agreed model specification and assembled by our dedicated frame team, giving us greater control over quality and the flexibility to support made-to-order production.
Our sofa frames are backed by a five-year warranty, giving retailers added confidence in the structure behind every HA Upholstery sofa.
